Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of MyEasy Invoice (the "Service"), operated by MyEasy Invoice ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

MyEasy Invoice is a subscription tool that lets businesses create quotes, invoices, and related documents, and manage customers and payments. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the customer, invoice, quote, and other business data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). You are solely responsible for the accuracy of Your Data, including amounts, tax information, and recipient details on any document you send.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send fraudulent documents, violate applicable law, infringe on the rights of others, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent or unlawful use. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
